Using HSA or FSA Funds with TransformNation

Many TransformNation / Thrivelab members are able to use Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds for eligible medical expenses.

Because Thrivelab provides physician-supervised medical care, our services may qualify for reimbursement when used to treat diagnosed medical conditions such as obesity, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease.

How It Works

Enroll in Transformation: powered by Thrivelab.

Download an itemized receipt from the member portal for your records.

If required by your individual plan, download a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).
4
Submit the appropriate documentation to your HSA or FSA administrator for reimbursement consideration.
